📦 Shipping Policy

1. **Shipping Regions**  
   - Domestic: All regions within South Korea, including Jeju Island and remote areas.  
   - International: We ship worldwide, including the United States, Europe, Japan, and more.

2. **Shipping Fees**  
   - Domestic: KRW 3,000 (Free for orders over KRW 50,000)  
   - Jeju/Remote Area Surcharge: Additional KRW 3,000  
   - International: Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and weight during checkout.

3. **Carriers**  
   - Domestic: CJ Logistics, Lotte Courier, or Hanjin Courier  
   - International: EMS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS depending on your country

4. **Delivery Time**  
   - Domestic: 1–3 business days  
   - International: Typically 7–15 business days, depending on customs clearance and location

5. **Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)**  
   - Customs duties, VAT, and other import taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws.  
   - These fees are **the responsibility of the recipient** and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. **Tracking Information**  
   - You will receive a tracking number via email or My Page once the order is shipped.

7. **Important Notes**  
   - Orders with incorrect address or contact info may be returned; reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.  
   - Some items may not be eligible for international shipping due to customs restrictions in certain countries.
